Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to our existing Customer Service Team, especially when permanent agents are on leave, absent, or have resigned
- Assist team members who are struggling in their roles
- Guide new Customer Service Team Members through their first few weeks
- Contribute to building our Customer Service Documentation
- Host one-on-one and group training sessions with the Customer Service team via Zoom
- Suggest new topics or training materials for new team members
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of BPO experience in the Customer Service industry
- 1-2 years of Virtual Assistant experience preferred
- Experience as a Subject Matter Expert is a plus
- Proficient in eCommerce tools/software/helpdesks such as Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, Freshdesk, etc
- Knowledge and experience in eCommerce
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Monday.com, and other CRM tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to handle emails, chats, and phone calls
- Openness to learning new things
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with work schedules
- Exceptional planning and organizing skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Self-starter with motivational skills
- Effective communication via Gmail and Slack
Internet Requirements:
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection with LAN (minimum 20 Mbps)
- Backup internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Recent speed test results required for both primary and backup connections. Speedtest link
Note: If your primary internet speed is below 20 Mbps or you lack a backup connection, you must set this up before starting. Failure to comply may result in delays.
