We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities. As the SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, setting appointments, and initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients.

Your ability to engage prospects, identify their needs, and nurture relationships will be instrumental in paving the way for our sales team to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to identify potential customers.
  • Engaging Prospects: Initiate conversations with prospects, effectively communicating the value of our products/services and understanding their pain points.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain rapport with prospects, understanding their unique needs and pain points, and effectively positioning our solutions to address their challenges.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for our sales executives with qualified prospects interested in learning more about our offerings.
  • Sales Collateral: Provide prospects with relevant sales collateral, presentations, and product information as part of the lead nurturing process.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and proper follow-up.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and support overall sales strategies.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets and KPIs, contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B appointment setting and cold calling or telemarketer, digital/virtual sales experience
  • Proficient in handling multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Expertise in both email outreach and phone call conversations.
  • Skilled in conversational and consultative selling, with a focus on both consultative and persuasive sales approaches.
  • Capable of revising and composing effective emails tailored to target audiences.
  • Strong background in Sales Development.
  • Comfortable adapting to dynamic sales environments and evolving strategies.
