Responsibilities
- Handle between 3-5 key accounts, ensuring all sales deliverables are met.
- Achieve the given sales quota targets for the quarter.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships.
- Ensure a smooth and frictionless client experience, addressing any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve account management techniques and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing multiple key accounts.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in sales outsourcing or lead generation is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to work night shifts to align with US market hours.
