Senior Product Designer (Remote)

What is Noda?

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to your bank account. With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next!), we’re seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to be part of our dynamic team.

What will you do?

• Understand product and user needs, identify differences, and align them through effective interface design.
• Create interface hypotheses, develop and describe user scenarios, and explain design decisions.
• Collaborate with the research department to test interfaces, prepare mockups for in-depth research, and conduct A/B tests.
• Build well-organized, structured, and precise UI design elements with a strong focus on detail.
• Prepare detailed screens and descriptions of interface logic for developers. Ensure clear communication with the development team to align mockups with the final product.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of the Design System.

What are your skills and experience?

• At least 3 years of experience in product design (banking, fintech, SaaS products).
• Ability to create beautiful, visionary UX concepts grounded in user needs.
• Proactive and self-starting, able to identify and solve challenges and opportunities independently.
• Ability to drive impactful design solutions through all phases of the product development lifecycle.
