Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.

Duties
– Ensures that personal efforts result in meeting or exceeding the annual sales volume and margin budget

– Enters and maintains accurate information related to sales opportunities that is used to direct the activities of the Product Development and Technical Service teams to ensure that commercial priorities receive the highest focus

– Reduces the risk associated with large dominant customers by increasing the number of buying customers

– Ensures proper personal activities supporting the strategic growth plan that includes targeted markets, segments and customers

– Plans key meetings 2-3 weeks in advance and ensure pre-call preparation is completed with a professional agenda and desired outcomes for the call

– Maintains and executes the territory management plan (call frequency, sales goal mix, etc.) in support of the overall territory goals as established with appropriate Commercial Management.

Requirements
– Specialized education equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree preferred

– 5-10 years B-B sales experience, preferably in industrial sales, industrial commodity sales and with a technical background/education

– Minimum 5 years direct sales experience with knowledge of sales and plastic materials processing or the equivalent preferred

– Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
– Strong negotiation skills
– Excellent customer service abilities
– Familiarity with technical sales and technology products
– Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
– Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
