The ideal Project Coordinator will have excellent communication abilities, effective organization, and time management skills. In addition, the candidate will have a keen attention to detail, great customer service skills, resourceful, including a personable and positive attitude, ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision, and at the same time, be a team player and assist where-ever needed.
- This is a fully remote position
Benefits
Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a starting salary of $79,000 , in addition to a full benefits package that includes:
- medical insurance, life insurance, dental, and vision

Essential Functions
Performs a variety of specialized administrative functions with a specific emphasis on operational, contractual, and financial compliance. This position will implement organizational policies and procedures, conducts special management studies / analysis, and carry out other highly specialized account compliance verification. Additional responsibilities include:
- Carries out diverse administrative duties and implements organizational policies and practices on behalf of and as directed by the Global Program Director.
- Developing/creating interactive dashboards using Power BI, Google BI, or similar.
- Has the experience of creating data models that support the dashboard’s requirements, ensuring efficient data retrieval and analysis.
- Aids line management in a staff capacity by coordinating office services, such as personnel, budget preparation and records control and conducting special management studies.
- Acts as a liaison between the Area Office, Region Office, and operating center functions and resolves day-to-day operational issues.
- Collects, organizes, inputs, compiles, analyzes, and presents information pertaining to operations such as financial reports, budgets, customer service reports, and company or supervisor report requests: compiles data and arranges for final preparation of reports for management decision making.
- Prepares correspondence, memoranda, and reports; prepares and distributes minutes of meetings; prioritizes and responds to communications.
- Performs tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned office.
Competencies (as Demonstrated Through Experience, Training, And/or Testing)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle, MS Office Suite, Adobe, Visio, Asana , and Smartsheet.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Power BI, AWS, GCP, or Azure for dashboard deployment and data management
- Basic mathematical knowledge of computations and reconciliation.
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions in written, oral, and visual formats.
- Capability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
- Effective interaction with individuals at all levels and from diverse cultures.
- Strong team player with a sense of responsibility for project assignments.
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks without supervision.
- Solid troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision making.
- Strong customer service and results orientation.
- Self-motivated, detail and task oriented.
- Ability to pursue and achieve professional certifications.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D., and 5 years of administrative work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
