## Opportunity for Supply Chain Consultants Specializing in Blue Yonder TMS

### Overview

We are seeking passionate professionals with expertise in Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS) to help shape and deliver innovative supply chain solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex challenges and driving performance improvements.

### Role and Responsibilities

**Client Engagement**

• Work closely with clients to understand their challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide tailored recommendations and build strong relationships through both remote and in-person interactions.

**Solution Implementation**

• Develop and execute functional designs within the Blue Yonder TMS, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Deliver effective and customized solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency.

**Project Management**

• Manage project progress using established processes and tools, ensuring timely communication of updates and resolution of any blockers.
• Lead and participate in project meetings to ensure successful project delivery.

**Continuous Improvement**

• Identify and implement process improvements to support logistics and supply chain operations.
• Assist clients with secondary and tertiary IT applications related to transportation management.

### Qualifications

**Experience**

• A minimum of 4 years of experience working with Blue Yonder TMS, including its various products such as Transportation Manager and Freight Order Management.
• Familiarity with multiple carrier modes and transportation concepts.

**Technical Skills**

• Proficient in both functional and technical aspects of TMS, including Master Data Management, Optimization, and APIs.
• Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle), Shipping Management Software, and Business Intelligence tools.

**Communication Skills**

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly presenting ideas and fostering effective client relationships.

**Analytical Skills**

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team context, while meeting project deadlines.
