Overview:
Our 8-figure e-commerce skincare brand is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and enhance our CS team on Gorgias, developing systems and optimizing processes. We are a fast-paced company experiencing rapid growth, with numerous exciting projects constantly in progress.
Salary and Growth:
The salary is $3,000 per month, plus up to $30,000 in annual bonuses based on goal achievement. If desired and merited, the Customer Service Manager role can evolve into an Operations Manager position, overseeing the operations of the entire company and having a percentage on the profit.
Requirements:
– 1+ year experience as Head of Customer Support, Customer Service Manager or similar role
– Proven track record of managing teams of various sizes and improving operational efficiency
– Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a growing team
Key Responsibilities:
– Implement better systems and templates to manage customer inquiries through Gorgias
– Minimize chargebacks, refunds, and cancellations by improving processes
– Setting up a phone support system and optimizing the agents performance
– Create a smooth hiring and onboarding process for new customer service agents
– Manage and mentor the customer service team of 8 people, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction
– Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize processes for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction
Schedule:
The position requires 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. However, as this is a managerial role, additional hours may occasionally be necessary. If you are averse to hard work, please do not apply for this position.
