Bd Growth Lead (Remote)

We are seeking a Business Development Lead who excels at networking and is relentless in the pursuit of growing our product. The ideal candidate is a crypto insider with extensive experience and a proven track record in crypto, particularly with native crypto protocols. They should be adept at quickly building networks and identifying collaboration opportunities in unexpected places. We prioritize interpersonal skills, creativity, and a proactive mindset over formal business expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Teach us how good BD looks like
• Negotiate CEX listings and related promotions
• Liquidity provision deals. Actively seek LP funds to grow our TVL
• Deals with growth platforms like launchpads and identify new emerging methods of growth
• Identify liquid / hedge funds for allocation into our token
• Identify integration opportunities with orderflow partners – aggregators, trading frontends, wallets, solver networks, native DeFi protocols, analytics platforms
• Partnerships with other L2s and L1s that we will integrate and design co-promotion tactics
• Quickly build a network of industry contacts and leverage connections to drive business growth.
• Identify and attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Be plugged into industry hot topics and identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the crypto industry.
• Strong understanding of DeFi products and relevant technologies.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong analytical and technical knowledge to be able to grasp technical DeFi products
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Appreciated : Presence on socials (X and/or Farcaster).

• Crypto Insider: We need someone deeply immersed in the crypto world, with extensive knowledge of current trends, emerging technologies, and industry narratives.

• Experience with Native Crypto Protocols: Proven experience working with native crypto protocol projects is essential.

Who We Are:

We are building a network that is a peer-to-peer system designed for exchanging cryptocurrencies between

blockchains. The Gasp network is a blockchain itself, implemented as a L2 (Layer 2) on

Ethereum using Eigenlayer restaked security. The network’s operations are censorship

resistant, prioritizing security, self-custody, and guarantee of liquidity withdrawal through Gasp’s

escape hatch mechanism. It functions without any trusted intermediaries.

others.

Compensation: $150k – $200k base salary + Bonus + Tokens allocation
