Construction Project Manager (Remote)

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Construction Project Manager to work on a federal project in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering degree, construction experience, design experience, federal government project experience, and the ability to manage a project. This position is remote with travel to the site in Laredo, Texas, once every few months. The project involves a 200,000 square foot federal facility.

Hard Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other applicable subject
• 12 years of construction experience, 10 of those years as a Project Manager
• Federal contracting experience
• Professional PMP or CCM certification
• Experience working on a project exceeding $100M in construction value
• Experience working on Federal/Government projects

Soft Skills

• Ability to run a project
• Experience reviewing designs

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

Remote with travel to Laredo, Texas for meetings once every couple of months. All travel expenses covered.
