What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the content delivery process for the Apps workstream and monitor the status of content development
• Collaborate with the programming team to ensure all content is fully supported through publishing
• Drive target audience insights to inform strategy planning and improve content effectiveness
• Oversee the social channel editorial calendar and communicate best practices to stakeholders
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of content to ensure adherence to formatting and best practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of marketing experience
• 2 years of experience managing social media programs and strategy
• 2 years of experience with social scheduling and monitoring tools (preferably Sprinklr)
• 1+ year of creative and/or copywriting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Microsoft products
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and social media platforms
• Ability to interpret data to inform strategy and provide actionable insights
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
