Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify any issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Supervise and mentor Junior Engineer/ GET, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate project implementation.
Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, including documentation of any changes or deviations from the original plans.
Liaise with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Provide and maintain Joint measurement Sheets, Bar bending Schedule, NMRs & Measurement sheet on regular basis.
Provide, Maintain and tracking of sub contractors billing as per the requirement.
Execute the Site works as per the provided schedule, Tracking Material and Manpower requirement as per the schedule and reporting to the Project In Charge.
Maintaining Updated GFC drawings, Pour cards, Checklist and coordinating with the QS for Quantity surveying, RA Billing, JMR’s etc..

Working Conditions:

This position involves working on construction sites, which may require exposure to varying weather conditions and physical activities such as standing, walking, and lifting.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
