Program Manager (Remote)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team who will be responsible for leading and managing the successful deployment of o9 Solutions’ integrated business planning platform. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of o9 Solutions, from initial planning through to go-live and post-implementation support.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.

Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.

Team Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Manage external consultants and vendors involved in the implementation process.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address challenges.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that the implementation meets the company’s quality standards and delivers the expected business value.

Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation assessments.

Training and Support:

Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for end-users.

Provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the solution.

Qualifications and Skillset:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in software implementation projects, preferably with o9 Solutions or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices.

Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree or MBA.

PMP or similar project management certification.

Experience in the industry related to the company’s focus (e.g., retail, manufacturing, consumer goods).

Other Requirements:

– Willingness to travel as needed for supplier visits and project meetings.
