Optical Operations Data Analytics Manager Strategic Leadership Role | Get It Recruit – Finance | United States
DescriptionAre you passionate about data and its power to drive meaningful improvements? We are seeking a dedicated Optical Operations Data Analytics Manager to collaborate with leadership in shaping and executing a data analytics strategy that supports our optical department’s goals and enhances our operations. This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility as you work from anywhere in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a data analytics strategy aligning with optical department goals.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the collection and integration of data from various optical systems, POS systems, and EHR systems.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Lead data analysis efforts to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with optical operations teams to identify areas for improvement in processes, inventory management, and customer service.
- Implement data-driven solutions to optimize the supply chain, inventory levels, and staffing.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to enhance the optical shopping experience and boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies for targeted marketing efforts.
- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.
- Provide guidance for the professional development of team members.
- Ensure data governance policies are upheld for data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Stay updated on data privacy regulations and ensure compliance.
- Manage the budget for data analytics initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and IT departments to support related projects and understand data needs.
- Communicate data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
Experience Must Include
- 4 years of experience in data analytics.
- 3 years of experience in optical operations analytics.
- 4 years of experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- 3 years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) within the optical industry.
- 3 years of experience in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- 1 year of experience with healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
