Job Summary: As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects. You will manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring that project objectives are met. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that project deliverables align with those needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. Define project objectives and deliverables.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress. Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Ensure efficient use of resources and identify any potential cost savings.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address them.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.
• Compliance: Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in IT project management, including experience managing complex IT projects.
