Latched Creative Inc. is one of the world’s leading marketing agencies for cannabis businesses. We specialize in Search Engine Optimization for Cannabis, Hemp, and CBD companies in Canada and the United States.

We are looking to bring on an enthusiastic and knowledgeable full-time SEO Specialist to join our growing team.

Daily duties will include but are not limited to:

• Working with the SEO manager to create and implement sophisticated SEO strategies
• Confidently engaging with clients via email, Slack and on calls
• Creating insightful SEO reports and other optimization documents such as Technical SEO audits and Competitor Analyses
• Implementing On-page and Technical SEO optimizations
• Create search-data driven content strategies and manage associated content writers
• Cleaning up Google Search Console and Page Speed Insights errors on client websites
• Using Ahrefs to conduct SEO research for clients
• Using Ahrefs and other tools to identify opportunities for Off-Page SEO (Link Building)
• Using various other SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Majestic, SurferSEO, Moz, etc.
• Managing SEO dashboards, roadmaps and tasks on the Monday.com project management tool

Preferred qualifications for this role:

• 2+ years of experience in an SEO agency setting
• Excellent written and spoken English ability
• Experience using Ahrefs and Surfer SEO platforms
• Experience using the Monday.com project management tool
• Experience in the cannabis industry
• Experience with e-commerce SEO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
