Your new role

As a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the business, particularly in the education and government sectors. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market presence.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Skills: Strong understanding of the education and government sectors, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
