About the Role:
The Manager of Customer Experience Journey and Client Onboarding position plays a key role in ensuring the initial success of client campaigns and overseeing operational processes are followed by the team. This role blends creativity, best practices and analytics to develop strategies and oversee development of customer journeys and new client launches. The ability to quickly understand a business’s target customer, unique value propositions, and credibility and use this understanding to develop a customer journey is a critical component for this role’s responsibilities. This role will directly interact with our clients, and it is important that this role bring enthusiasm and excitement to conversations with clients and internal team members.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop the customer journey strategy and oversee the creation of compelling landing page journeys, including content development, image/video selection, and managing the development and testing of landing pages. This also involves overseeing ad creation (image ads and text ad copy) and targeting selection.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for audience targeting, ad positioning, campaign structuring, customer journeys, and other facets of paid digital in accordance with client goals.
- Generate new campaigns and aid in the development of new digital marketing initiatives
- Analyse performance of all landing pages, including using analytics and heat mapping software to determine how to increase the customer journey performance.
- Conduct client discovery calls to gather the necessary information for campaign setup.
- Collaborate with Digital Strategy Managers and Analysts to identify necessary strategy shifts and facilitate changes to landing pages and image ads with the development team.
- Ensure company adherence to optimisation schedules for each client.
- Support team members with daily client communication, including launch and project updates, discussing performance, interpreting campaign results, developing strategies, and gathering information.
- Administer and analyze web analytics (GA4 and Google Tag Manager), reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
- Keep pace with digital and search marketing industry trends and developments.
- Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
- Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
- Support sales engineering as needed in order to move a prospect to a client.
Professional Skills Desired:
- Energetic, outgoing personality – to be successful at creating and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects at once.
- 5+ years’ experience working in and managing digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- 5+ years’ experience developing unique customer journeys and digital strategies, including landing page messaging & content and ad messaging & content.
- Excellent client service delivery, business development, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both proactive and reactive.
- Marketing agency experience working directly with clients.
- Ability to pitch and sell ideas to clients and internal team members.

- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and be proactive.
- Extremely high attention to detail.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify & resolve problems.
- Self-motivated and strong personal ethics.

- Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and apply this knowledge to digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, project management and time management skills.
