Missio is a Christian Digital Marketing company that is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position with a compensation structure that is 70% commission-based (target salary is $106,000). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling high-ticket digital advertising services, exceptional communication skills with C-suite executives, and is measured directly with KPIs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Qualify, communicate, and close inbound leads from advertising efforts.
- Maintain a full pipeline of inbound leads through daily follow-up & hunting when necessary.
- Present product demonstration via live video to C-suite executives.
- Daily follow-up via email, text & phone calls to active pipeline.
- Weekly reporting + insights on what’s working / not working (backed by data)
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in selling high-ticket digital advertising services.
- C-Suite Communication Skills: Confident in engaging with high-level executives in 7 & 8-figure organizations.
- Proven Persistence: A track record of consistent lead generation and follow-up, leading to shorter sales cycles on high-ticket services.
Want-To Have Qualifications:
- Experience in Digital Marketing: Understanding of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Social Media landscapes.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfort with analyzing sales data to identify effective strategies and areas for improvement.
- Willingness to Hunt: Driven to generate leads through social media and cold email outreach.
- Leadership Potential: Exhibits the character and excellence required to collaborate with our leadership team.
Nice-To Have Qualifications:
- Sales Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar.
- Social Media Skills: Proficient in leveraging social media for lead generation and client engagement.
- Experience with Remote Work: Previous experience thriving in a fully remote work environment.
- Experience with Churches / Christian Leaders: Familiarity with the cultural context and engagement with Christian leaders and organizations.
