We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The Senior Sales and Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting and selling our services in the Distribution of Electrical Products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a hybrid position that requires both field and remote work, so the candidate must have their own bike and having a laptop is also preferred.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sectors.

· Meeting the dealers and distributors of concerned products and strategize for business development.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and customers.

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

· Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about our services.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

· Mentor the freshers and junior sales staff for proper strategies and direction.

· Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the Electrical or IT industry or any FMCG, Technology, Real Estate industry etc.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Must possess a valid driving license and have their own bike for traveling within the assigned territory.

· Having a personal laptop to support remote work requirements is preferred.

Education is no bar for proper candidate. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
