KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reply to customers on all platforms, consistently providing the highest standard of customer service and upkeeping with our REFY tone of voice
- Achieve and maintain daily performance targets
- Report back on any patterns of customer feedback or common issues raised by customer issues to the Customer Service Manager
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Team player with a positive mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Solution-oriented problem solver, demonstrates initiative
- Confident in meeting departmental targets and maintaining performance under pressure.
- Adaptable to various software platforms with 1+ years of customer service experience.
WORKING HOURS
- Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Temporary Split Shifts: For approximately 3 weeks, starting Thursday 21st November, we will operate split shifts to support our busy Black Friday and Cyber Monday period.
- Shift A: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (office-based)
- Shift B: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (remote)
- These shifts will alternate weekly, and you must be available to work both shifts. You’ll be notified in advance of your schedule each week.
- After the 3-week period, core hours will resume.
