Then you might be our new Business Manager.
We are looking for a new Business Manager in Commercial Excellence, a unit consisting of approx. 130 colleagues across Denmark, Sweden, Finland & Lithuania.
Commercial Excellence is building and maintaining the basis for data driven business, commercial and customer insights and generating 1:1 customer activity through various channels. We are also the unit that takes care of Dansk Bank’s websites and traffic. We aim to have focus on being customer centric, data driven and commercially oriented.
You will primarily support the Nordic Commercial Leadership team in Commercial Excellence with various administrative tasks and drive various projects related to the function. You will be reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence – but will be supporting across the Commercial Leaders in Denmark, Sweden & Finland.
The position offers great opportunity for development and exposure in Danske Bank, and the role will be shaped based on your skills and interests, although most tasks will be of an administrative nature.

As our new Business Manager, you will be exposed to many different tasks and challenges, and we promise you: no days will be the same, and you will learn every day.
You will also be given responsibility to drive different tasks and projects for the leadership team in Commercial Excellence, including:
- Coordinate and organize events incl. leadership off-sites, team events, etc.
- Manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress in processes and projects – e.g. related to governance (processes, risk assessment, legal coordination, etc) and HR processes
- Facilitate & support employee engagement initiatives to create an inspiring and learning workplaces for all our colleagues
- Prepare various materials for internal and external presentations
- Financial management – including supporting on financial planning/budgeting, follow-up on monthly costs, SLA and Cost Allocation
Support with various ad-hoc support tasks to ensure efficient operations
Skills
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have the following qualifications:
- Good at coordinating and putting structure to tasks and projects, and follow-up to ensure execution of agreed deliverables
- As a person you are proactive and open-minded, with a can-do attitude and curiosity for understanding the business and taking pride in learning
- Good communication skills in Danish and English – both written and spoken, and interest in learning how to do great visualization and communications
Experience with driving or managing projects and processes is beneficial
You are a team player with the ability and wish to take responsibility and the lead when needed, as well as supporting your colleagues and providing high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. You can work independently, have a structured approach to tasks and can keep an overview, even under pressure. In addition, you thrive in a Nordic and diverse environment.
