Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Creates relevant and impactful social media content and write-ups; Prepares the social media calendar of the company and its projects.
• Develop and produce high-quality social media content, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and other relevant formats, tailored to our target audience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design tools to create visually appealing and professional social media assets.
• Foster a positive and engaged online community by actively responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Ensure consistency across multiple social media channels and align with the overall brand strategy.
• Assist in developing, refining, and implementing creative campaigns across organic social media platforms with the aim to improve online visibility, increase community engagement, audience, and lead generation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of statistics and a strong understanding of social media metrics
• Must have expert knowledge of social media platforms, user behaviour, and community engagement
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure and analyze social media performance.
• Ability to stay informed about industry trends and adapt social media strategies accordingly.
• Strong organizational skills

Work Arrangement

• Work from home but with occasional visits to the office.
• Robinsons Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. (Office is across Tiendesitas and IPI Pasig. The building is accessible from Ortigas, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.)
• 8AM UK time, weekends off (3PM to 12AM, weekends off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 – Php50,000.00 per month
