Our Mission Statement

Provide technical leadership for Premier customers around the world to help ensure their IT environments are kept optimized and healthy. This includes guidance on best practices, risk assessments, migrations, and onsite, remote and dedicated support services.

What we do best

Provide multiple services to our Enterprise customers to increase systems availability, resolve critical issues, and improve the health of our customers’ environments. We consult with experienced technical staff to ensure they have the skills to troubleshoot and maintain their solution following Microsoft best practices. When things do go wrong we provide rapid on site expertise to resolve critical situations. .

  Requirements:
  
• Work from home from Spain, but need to be available to travel from time to time based on customer request on site in Barcelona or Madrid
• Design, Deploying, troubleshooting and Implementing MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) “SCCM” (2012, Current Branch),
• Knowledge in Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows as a Service, Troubleshooting Windows 10/11
• Design, Implementing and Managing Intune (Mobile Devices Management, M365 APPS Deployment…)
• Need to be an Expert regarding Modern Workplace, valuable experience with MBAM / Bitlocker, valuable experience analyzing SCCM Hierarchies, valuable experience with Windows Server and Infrastructure related technologies (AD, VPN, Security).
• Intune Management, Intune Workshops Delivery, Windows LAPS, Bitlocker Management With Intune and MBAM integrated with ConfigMgr…

Must Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience and very focused on those technologies (ConfigMgr / Intune / Windows Client). With experience working in large environments / hierarchies, migration projects
• Intune, ConfigMgr (MECM), Windows Client (W10/W11), Bitlocker, Windows LAPS. (Senior WorkPlace Engineer).
• You need to be focused on these technologies (Intune / ConfigMgr / Windows Client) and need to have at least 5 years of experience with them
