Job Description

We are seeking a WordPress Developer with advanced skills in both back-end and front-end development, specializing in UI/UX design and landing page optimization for multiple digital campaigns. This role involves creating and customizing WordPress themes and plugins. Candidates should possess a blend of technical and aesthetic skills, including proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. An understanding of modern design principles, responsive and adaptive design, and industry trends is crucial. Experience with enterprise-level integrations and platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing new features and functionality.
• Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture.
• Ensuring high performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
• Developing effective, responsive designs and turning them into functional themes and plugins.
• Leading UI/UX design initiatives to enhance user engagement across digital campaigns.
• Optimizing landing pages for conversions and integrating with enterprise platforms such as Marketo and other marketing tools.
• Collaborating on the integration of core tech stacks including Salesforce.com, Google, Meta, and Office RnD.

Skills And Qualifications

• Mastery of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design and landing page optimization for digital campaigns.
• Expertise in creating responsive design websites.
• Proficient in using debugging tools like Firebug and Chrome inspector.
• Ability to interpret CSS changes and ensure style consistency across platforms and browsers.
• Skilled in converting comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.
• Knowledgeable in interacting with RESTful APIs and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Strong PHP back-end development skills.
• Experience with enterprise-level integrations, particularly with Marketo and other relevant plugins.
