People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country’s oldest interactive agencies – Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for UX Designer with German.

Your Duties Will Include

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with a strong command of German (B2 or higher) and proficiency in Figma to join our creative team. As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products by conducting research, creating intuitive designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user interfaces.

• User Research: Conduct user surveys, interviews, and observations to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
• Persona & Scenario Creation: Develop user personas and scenarios to represent different user groups and their interactions with the product.
• Information Architecture: Organize and structure information in a way that is intuitive and easy for users to navigate.
• Interaction Design: Design effective interactions between users and the product to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
• Prototyping & Usability Testing: Create prototypes and conduct usability tests to validate design decisions and refine the user experience.
• UI Design: Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces, including layouts, color schemes, typography, and imagery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to guide the product design from concept through to launch.

Requirements That Must Be Met

• Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level) for effective communication with German-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in Figma for UX/UI design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Experience in user research, including conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Ability to create personas, user scenarios, and information architectures.
• Strong interaction design and UI design skills, with an eye for detail and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
