Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

• Individual Contributor with diverse GTM experience in high-growth startups or enterprise tech companies, having worn multiple hats in generating demand for new products & go-to-market [ie. Cold Call Lead Gen, Email Marketing at Scale and Account Based Marketing using Apollo,ZoomInfo etc]
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth (e.g., “Increased ARR by 150% YoY”)
• Experience in high-growth, venture-backed startups preferred
• Expertise in B2B and B2C demand generation strategies across multiple channels. Strong understanding of SaaS/API business models, metrics, and full-funnel optimization
• Advanced proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Indian languages
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive GTM and demand generation strategies driving measurable revenue growth
• Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns, lead scoring, and nurturing systems
• Implement and optimize marketing tech stack for data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with sales for seamless lead handoff and closed-loop reporting
• Develop and track key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI)
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Build and lead a high-performing demand generation team
• Manage budget to maximize ROI
• Leverage YC network and investor connections for growth and partnerships
