Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic cum UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles combined with a solid understanding of user interface and user experience design. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning and user-friendly digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, logos, and other design elements for digital and print media.
• Develop brand identities, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, advertisements, and social media graphics.

UI/UX Design:

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Present design concepts and ideas to team members and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.
