Job Summary:

We are seeking two Senior Power Platform Developers with extensive expertise in Power Automate, Power BI, Power Applications, and Power Pages/Portal. These specialists will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing applications on the Power Platform, ensuring seamless interoperability with external applications. The ideal candidates will possess advanced certifications and have hands-on experience in architecting and developing enterprise-level solutions on the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance applications on the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Pages/Portal.
• Ensure interoperability and integration with external applications, providing seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient Power Platform solutions.
• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of complex solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Power Platform and its evolving capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in development, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of direct relevant experience in Power Platform development.
• Expertise in Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Pages/Portal.
• Recent and relevant expert or architect-level certifications in Power Platform.
• Strong experience with interoperability and integration with external applications.
• Proficiency in solution architecture, design patterns, and best practices for Power Platform.

• Expert level Model-Driven Application Development
• Expert level Power Automate and Workflow Development
• Expert CoPilot and Large Language Model (LLM) Training and Development
• Expert PowerBI development
• Expert Power Pages development
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing solutions for government or large enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to Power Platform.
