About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Food & Beverage Manager in a remote location.

We are seeking a highly competent and positive individual to oversee our F&B operations:

• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and presentation.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures & inventory control.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of technology in all food and beverage operations.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, ideally in remote locations
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage management systems such as GAAP or MICROS
• Food costing, menu creation, and financial management
• A proactive, friendly approach to team leadership
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to adapt to a unique and remote working environment
