Mid To Senior Product Manager (Remote)

The Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager with strong Figma and design prototyping skills to join our small, dedicated team. You’ll work closely with the Engineering team to own the product roadmap, from discovery and MVPs to key feature launches. You’ll dive deep into customer research, optimise the end-to-end user journey, and ensure a seamless experience for families and helpers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Discovery: Conduct customer research, identify pain points, and collaborate with the team to ideate and prioritise new features or updates.
• Design & Prototyping: Use Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to bring your ideas to life.
• MVP Development: Work with Engineering to launch minimum viable products and iterate based on user feedback.
• Feature Launches: Own the feature launch process, from planning and execution to post-launch analysis.
• User Experience: Continuously optimise the customer journey, from signup to booking completion, to ensure a smooth and delightful experience.

Desired Experience:

• 3+ years in a Product Management role, or similar experience in a digital environment.
• Previous experience with marketplaces or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Solid understanding of product management principles and best practices.
• Strong Figma and design/prototyping skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to find scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
