Grow Your Staff is seeking a Social Media Manager for Fuse Capital, a Debt advisory firm based in London, United Kingdom. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our content strategy across various platforms, enhancing our brand presence, and engaging with our audience in meaningful ways. Experience required: 5-7 years  

CTC: 10-14 LPA 

Location: Remote

Time– 1:30 pm- 10:00 pm (Monday – Friday)

Responsibilities 

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, and marketing materials that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media community across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube etc. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyse performance metrics to optimise our strategy.
• Brand Development: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms. Help to position Fuse Capital as a thought leader in the private debt and technology sectors.
• Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring all content is aligned and effectively communicated.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends in the private debt market and competitor activities to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities for engagement.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in copywriting, copyediting and social media  management, preferably in the finance or technology sectors.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. 
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management systems. 
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to track and analyse customer interactions and data, enhancing engagement strategies and content  personalization. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple  projects simultaneously. 
• A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of social media trends and  strategies.
