- MySQL knowledge required
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM
- Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
- offer the most complete and qualitative answers by handling level 1 customer requests by telephone.
- Ensure follow-up of customer requests and respect commitments made and work closely with in-house teams and make suggestions to optimize our internal processes.
- Handling calls, emails, chats and back-office tasks.
- Fluency in French language (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
- MySQL knowledge required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- full time contract
- 1500€ gross x 14 months
- Variable Bonus – 120€ / month
- Complexity bonus – 50€ / month
- Teleworking bonus 25€/ month
