Travel is back and we’re looking to grow our team! Corporate Travel and Ticketing agents needed.

Travel Helpline (a NZ company) is a 24×7 after-hours travel service provider looking to add more agents to our Corporate Travel and Ticketing teams. We currently have a remote team of agents located in Auckland, Taupo, Hamilton, Dunedin, Hastings and Christchurch. We’re looking to expand in all areas on the North and South islands. You just need the right experience, computer and an approved high speed Internet.

Applicants must have a minimum one year experience with a GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan, Galileo or Apollo). You must exhibit proficiency within a corporate or leisure (strong airline booking experience) environment to include international itineraries (worldwide), and rate structures. Position requires full working knowledge of email, Internet, Microsoft Word and Excel. MUST BE A NEW ZEALAND RESIDENT.

We’re looking for passionate individuals with great communication skills who enjoys working in a faster paced environment with corporate/business clients.

Salary starting at $52,000 per year. Weekend availability is required and we do pay a substantial shift differential (in addition to your hourly pay) for evenings and weekends.

· Sat & Sun: $6.75NZD per hour from 6:01am to 12:00am (midnight)

· Daily: $9.00NZD per hour from 12:01am to 6:00am

Most shifts are day time hours in NZ, however we’re always looking for agents to work other shifts as well.

There are also pay increases for each additional GDS you learn and there is room to grow with us!
