Job Opening: Social Media and Marketing Specialist
We are currently seeking a talented Social Media and Marketing Specialist for our multi-brand jewelry company. This is a critical role focused on enhancing our brands’ digital presence, engaging with our community, and implementing effective marketing strategies. If you’re skilled in crafting strategic content, adept at SEO, and excel in email marketing, we want you on our team. This is an urgent opening for a candidate with 2 to 5 years experience (Remote- Permanent work from home position)
Responsibilities:
•
Community Management: Oversee and engage with participants in our Diamond Club, ensuring a vibrant and interactive community with daily posts and post engagement.
•
Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies tailored to each brand, aligning with our marketing goals and audience needs.
•
Content Pillars Creation: Define and maintain content pillars for each brand, guiding content creation to ensure consistency and impact.
•
SEO for Organic Blog Growth: Utilize SEO strategies to enhance blog visibility and growth, improving our brands’ digital footprint.
•
Email Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize and implement targeted email marketing campaigns for each brand, driving engagement and customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
•
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
•
Strong team collaboration skills.
•
Experience in self-motivation and effective remote work.
•
Ability to manage your projects independently & complete needed tasks according to deadlines
•
Proven background in marketing, social media management, or related fields.
•
Experience with eCommerce website optimization both on page and off page, keyword research, and data mining tools
•
Experience with programs such as Google analytics, Meta, email marketing tools, etc.
- Demonstrable experience optimizing URLs, meta tags, H1 to H6 titles, anchor text, schema markup, canonicals and onsite content.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and execute creative and organic social media posts that resonate with and grow our audience
- Comfortable analyzing and reporting on high volumes of data on a daily basis
