Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Analyst would act as a conduit between the Marketing and Analytics and Model Development department. He or she will engage with said teams to create insight into projects and strategies from inception to postproduction. Typical projects include analyzing data trends, researching data elements, and assisting with quality control. Strategies include general and direct marketing campaigns, customer journey optimization, conversion, and onboarding. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the ability to scope, track, and support analytical projects to extract, manage, analyze, and report on data.
Role Responsilitities
- Gather and analyze data to ascertain the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Provide data-driven insight on customer segmentation and prioritization
- Connect with team members and third-party agents to ensure the availability and accessibility of data points for analysis and reporting
- Build customer journey (Response and Conversion based) KPIs and reporting
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree related to Data Science, Business Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics or Statistics
- 4 years of financial services experience, preferably in consumer credit, risk management or marketing
- Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI
- Strong command or experience with data modeling tools including DataRobot
- Experience utilizing website and marketing analytical tools including Google Analytics
Experience managing the lifetime of projects or programs

Pay: $75,000 – $85,000
