Key Responsibilities
- Engage in client discussions to evaluate needs and analyze software system designs, integrating client specifications, security, scalability, and financial implications.
- Participate in collaborative business process sessions and project meetings to ensure clarity and consensus on system design decisions among stakeholders.
- Contribute to data integration and data warehouse solutions utilizing REST API and MS SQL Server.
- Assess potential support tools and compile documentation for recommendations based on system performance, reliability, and life cycle management.
- Provide technical support for escalated system-related concerns, including on-call support via phone or digital communication.
- Investigate and rectify system support issues, conduct testing, and work towards enhancing overall system performance.
- Lead moderately complex projects or phases, coordinating with technical support teams to secure successful project outcomes.
- Employ advanced methodologies and research techniques, aiding in the formulation and documentation of processes to ensure compliance with established business practices.
- Create and implement training resources, providing documentation to enhance user comprehension and operational efficiency.
- Offer technical guidance on current and prospective systems to both internal teams and external clients.
- Mentor and provide support to less experienced team members.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with SSIS, SSMS, SQL Server, and integration of third-party software via various interface engines (ETL).
- 3+ years of experience (or equivalent education) in software development or technology support with web applications (C#, .NET, TypeScript, or JavaScript).
- 2+ years of experience (or equivalent education) in web application hosting using Microsoft IIS, web APIs, and troubleshooting API-based applications.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and train team members while delivering exemplary client service and leading projects to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in mentoring and training team members.
- Strong capability to lead projects aimed at continuous service improvement.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.

- Salary Range: (88,900 – )127,000 per year (actual base pay may vary based on geographic location, internal equity, skills, experience, and other relevant factors).
