It Program Manager Senior Wfh Est (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Program Manager to spearhead the strategic deployment of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across multiple manufacturing facilities. This pivotal position will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning through to successful go-live, ensuring operational efficiency across all locations. The successful candidate will possess extensive expertise in JDE ERP systems and a profound understanding of multi-site project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Program Planning & Execution: Formulate and manage a detailed plan for the deployment of the ERP system across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, resource allocation, and risk management protocols.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Engage collaboratively with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external consultants to facilitate seamless project execution at every phase.
• ERP Implementation: Direct the comprehensive ERP implementation lifecycle, which includes system configuration, data migration, user training, and effective change management.
• Site Collaboration: Work in partnership with plant operations teams to identify and address site-specific needs and challenges.
• Stakeholder Management: Foster clear and effective communication across various teams and departments, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Issue Resolution: Monitor project progress diligently, proactively identifying obstacles and implementing corrective measures to maintain project timelines.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Design and execute detailed testing strategies to ensure system functionality and data accuracy prior to go-live.
• Go-Live Coordination: Oversee the go-live process, ensuring a smooth transition to the new ERP system for each facility.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor project metrics including budget compliance, milestone achievement, and user adoption, providing regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of IT project management experience, specifically with a concentration on ERP implementations in multi-site contexts.
• ERP Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with JDE ERP systems is obligatory for this role.
• Project Management Skills: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (such as Agile and Waterfall) with demonstrated success in leading extensive, complex projects.
• Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively leading diverse teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and devise practical solutions.
