Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Data specialist at GIAFFERâ„¢. The role involves tasks such as data modeling, creating dashboards, using business intelligence tools, and conducting business analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from various clients, identifying key insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and develop visually compelling dashboards and reports using platforms like Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Implement and maintain technical solutions for tracking and measuring key business metrics, including Meta conversion tracking (server-side and web-side), Google Analytics key events, and other advanced data tracking mechanisms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance across all client reports.
- Translate complex data sets into understandable and impactful visual stories for stakeholders, aiding in their decision-making processes.
- Optimize and automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Provide insights to improve campaign performance and client business outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Senior-level expertise in data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of technical implementations, including Meta Conversion Tracking (API server-side and web-side), Google Analytics key events, Google Tag Manager, and related tracking technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Strong communication skills to convey insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Experience with data automation and optimization processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry.
- Familiarity with additional tools like SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Knowledge of other analytics platforms and methods, such as Facebook Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, etc.
