Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with overall sales objectives.
- Create and manage the e-commerce budget to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
- Integrate e-commerce technologies to elevate online sales and enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce sales or customer service.
- Comprehensive understanding of online retail platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay).
- Proficiency in digital marketing practices (SEO, PPC, email marketing).
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Analytical skill set with a strong ability to leverage data for informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, and e-commerce management tools.
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is preferred.
