Social Center Of Excellence Project Manager (Remote)

We are in search of a highly motivated and detail-focused Project Manager to spearhead initiatives within our Social Center of Excellence in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from inception to execution, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of marketing campaigns
• Foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project objectives and deliverables
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines and budgets, keeping all projects on track and within financial parameters
• Conduct review sessions with internal creative teams, ensuring all feedback is integrated into project revisions
• Coordinate with external partners to align on strategic goals and project timelines
• Provide proactive support to “Pod” teams, ensuring the timely completion of all marketing deliverables
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment of brand initiatives across diverse teams
• Compile necessary information for project briefings to facilitate effective collaboration among teams
• Uphold established processes to guarantee smooth execution of cross-functional workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Design, Business Management, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly within social media and digital platforms
• Previous experience in a creative agency setting is essential
• Familiarity with video production and content creation is highly preferred
• A team-oriented attitude with strong organizational skills and a positive demeanor is required
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication
