What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities As an AI/ML Engineer at ModuleQ, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms
• Optimize existing AI systems for improved performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our product ecosystem
• Conduct data analysis and feature engineering to enhance model accuracy
• Implement and manage model lifecycle and monitoring systems to track performance, detect anomalies, and ensure model health in production across hybrid or multi-cloud environments
• Ensure adherence to data security and privacy policies, particularly when training and deploying models with sensitive personal and financial information across hybrid environments
• Stay current with the latest advances in AI/ML and apply them to our products

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying ML models in production environments
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and information retrieval techniques
• Experience with MLOps, especially model lifecycle management tools, such as Kubeflow, MLflow, or Azure ML pipelines for automating training, deployment, and monitoring processes
• Proficiency in working with large datasets and distributed computing systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment Preferred Skills
• Experience with AI applications in the financial services sector
• Knowledge of recommendation systems and personalization algorithms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning suite, Microsoft Azure cloud services and Microsoft Teams integration, as well as experience managing models across hybrid or multi-cloud environments
• Understanding of data privacy and security practices in enterprise environments
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to a broad cross-functional audience
• Experience in creating clear, concise presentations and documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders
