Designer Content Strategist Wfh (Remote)

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Content Designer/UX Writer to join our innovative team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear and compelling content for product flows, interface elements, and educational resources.
• Partner with product designers to create groundbreaking components and patterns for our design system.
• Produce high-fidelity design mockups using Figma.
• Specify accessibility requirements for design system components and patterns.
• Establish and maintain content design standards and guidelines.
• Employ systems thinking to improve product design, including defining extensible design guidance and auditing existing experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, research, marketing, and data science, to drive products from conception to launch.

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of professional experience in content design, UX writing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
• Proven ability to formulate content design standards and guidelines.
• Understanding of taxonomies and terminology.
• Portfolio that demonstrates finished wireframes or design mocks that have influenced team decision-making.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a capacity to excel in a fast-paced, autonomous work environment.
• Profound comprehension of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Experience engaging with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers.
