Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have nearly 2 years of experience in managing product development teams and handling client interactions. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.

Lead a cross-functional product development team to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, design, and quality assurance teams, to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.

Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management, providing transparency into project performance and key milestones.

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on product development and client interactions.

Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and senior management.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

Experience in the technology services domain is preferred but not required.
