Business Center Operations & Sales Lead:
– Oversee the center operations
– In charge of sales and reservations
– Supervise the team
Business Center Operations Agents (Community manager):
– Manage reservations, catering and collection
– Meet and greet clients and visitors
– Works on shift bases

Requirements:
Education:
– Relevant bachelor degree (Business administration – Hotels administrations) from reputable university
Skills:
– Hospitality attitude is a must (Communication – Respect for people and customer focus)
