Job Overview
As part of our Global Employer Services Group, you will engage in pivotal areas such as Technical & Quality Expertise, People & Talent Management, and Client Service/Business Development. You will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of remote work, tax consulting, compliance, global equity tracking, assignment planning, business travelers, and social security.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Career Advisor, mentor, or coach, delivering constructive and timely feedback to team members.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their professional capabilities.
- Manage various intricate issues, ensuring effective communication with clients and service teams to mitigate risks.
- Provide comprehensive advice on Global Mobility Tax services, encompassing planning, research, compliance, and intricate Canadian and U.S. personal income tax and payroll matters.
- Cultivate and oversee business relationships for complex engagements, prioritizing high-quality tax advisory services.
- Propel growth and profitability by generating revenue from current clients, cross-selling services, and attracting new clients.
- Interact directly with clients to address inquiries, planning needs, and consulting requirements.
- Function as a Tax client service coordinator, developing and implementing client service strategies.
- Review research outcomes to ensure alignment with firm policies and professional standards.
- Build robust relationships across various business lines to ensure exceptional client service.
- Stay informed on the latest tax practices and legislative changes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Required Skills
- Proven technical expertise in Global Mobility Tax services.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong mentoring and staff development abilities.
- Project management and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in generating new business opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities.
- Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. tax and payroll is advantageous.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- CPA, JD, LLM, or EA certification.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in personal income tax and payroll.
- Demonstrated capacity to support financial growth and manage a client portfolio.

Compensation And Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of (145,600 – )292,600, along with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible work scheduling to support a balanced lifestyle.
