Job Overview

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Creative Program Manager to join our Global Brand Marketing team in a fully remote capacity. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the management and execution of creative projects that play a crucial part in driving impactful business initiatives for our esteemed clientele, including a significant portion of the Fortune 500.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and clarify project objectives, requirements, and resource allocations, identifying information gaps and establishing roles and responsibilities.
  • Oversee the creative development workflow from initial concept through to production across various mediums, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct weekly project status meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, providing transparent updates, identifying potential risks, and suggesting strategies for mitigation.
  • Proactively address and eliminate barriers that may hinder the team’s ability to achieve project milestones.
  • Lead the execution of design systems, brand launches, and complex creative projects, maintaining a thorough understanding of the creative processes involved.
  • Foster strong relationships with client partners and collaborate closely with teams, educating them on the creative workflow and service level agreements, while addressing their needs and goals.
  • Communicate essential updates, risks, and strategic plans to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring alignment at all levels of the organization.

Required Skills

  • Extensive project/program management experience (7+ years) within a creative agency or an internal marketing team.
  • Proven expertise in managing large, cross-functional creative programs and comprehensive design systems.
  • Strong command of diverse deliverables including video, digital content, social media, and print advertising.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to articulate project deliverables clearly across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with creative brands in both consumer and B2B sectors, understanding the nuances of each.
  • Deep knowledge of the creative development process for traditional media.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant project/program management experience in creative settings.
  • Experience overseeing complex creative projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Competitive base pay range of (116,600 – )203,900 (California, outside Bay Area).
