What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a subject matter expert for functional areas within the Workday system, including Time & Absence, Payroll, and Benefits
• Conduct continuous research on Workday applications’ functionality to meet business requirements
• Provide application support, including incident triage and troubleshooting data-related issues
• Prepare and execute test scripts, supporting user testing for new system functionalities
• Collaborate with global HR/HRIS team members to ensure consistent system usage across the region

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years functional HR experience
• Exposure to Workday configurations and integrations (e.g., EIBs, Cloud Connect, Report Writer, Calculated Fields)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including data analysis
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with both technical and functional end-users

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Workday Pro certification preferred
• Experience in process improvement and ability to standardize, optimize, and simplify processes
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Visio
