Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new business strategies to boost company sales
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry/product trends and market conditions
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and provide them with detailed technical specifications of our products and services
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Strategize and implement ways to expand our customer base
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer dedication
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Requirements
- Proficient in Business Development strategies and techniques
- Experience in Cold Calling techniques and strategies
- Ability to provide Detailed Technical Specification for products or services
- Proven track record in B2B Sales with 5+ years of selling a complex equipment product
- Expertise in Business sales and negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to travel for client meetings and presentations when necessary.
