Xtend is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Manager with a strong account management/client servicing background to join our team in Korea.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow post-sale relationships with clients, taking an active role in steering account growth and success

• Building trusting relationships and robust communication with internal teams and external client & agency teams to ensure sustained growth of accounts

• Collaborate closely with the sales teams, providing support in managing the daily needs of the company’s clients.

• Gather, analyse and present data alongside insights and actionable next steps as part of post campaign reporting or account audits

• Prepare detailed reports summarizing campaign insights and results for client presentations, highlighting achievements, and proposing improvements.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in in account management/client services roles in digital marketing, with a demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising KPIs, and cross-vertical knowledge.

• Proven experience in retargeting or performance-based marketing, particularly in the mobile app sector will be preferred.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, as this is an individual contributor role with support from overseas cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in Excel, dashboarding or similar skillsets.

• Detail oriented, analytical and a creative problem solver.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English, Proficiency in Mandarin would be a plus.
